Be Nice! Coupon Share!

One of the best things about being a part of a couponing community is coupon sharing!  When it comes to coupons in the paper and printable coupons, you only get the ones you buy or the 2 you can print per item.  What do you do with the coupons you don't need and how can you get more of what you want? 

There are two ways that I share my coupons:

• My friend Laura and I coupon share.  She has pets and I have babies.  Any paper and printable coupons we find for each other, we collect and print.  When we meet we exchange coupons, so now I have double the baby item coupons and she has double the pet item coupons.  We also text each other when we see great deals or coupons that the other could benefit from!  So, if you can, find a coupon buddy who will look out for particular items for you as you look for particular ones for them.
• My pediatrician has a basket at the signout desk that parents who do not have babies, put coupons for diapers and formula in.  Each time I go (which has been about every 2 weeks lately) I look through it to see if I can use something.  I thought about maybe starting something like this at church, where people can put the coupons they know they won't use in a basket for others to use if they need it!  Maybe you could start something like this at your church or office!

Coupon sharing may require a little extra work, but you get a great benefit from it- saving on the items your family needs!
